Online Referral Form

Who Can Make a Referral?

We have been listening to the local community, and have now decided to accept self-referrals. This means you are now able to deal with us directly. Just to ensure our support reaches those in genuine need, we ask to see proof of income. This can be a bank statement, benefit entitlement letter, universal credit statement. Anything that shows income. Its must be dated within the past 3 months and clearly show your name and address. This can be attached on the form below.

Front line professionals such as Midwives, GPs, Social workers, schools, children centres and food banks can all make a referral directly to us by completing the form below. In this instance, proof if income is not required.

What Support Can We Provide?

We are able to provide support to children from birth to 11 years by offering the following: Clothing, nappies, wipes, formula, baby food, buggies, cots, toys and books.

All of our products are either new or pre-loved and in good condition.

We will always try and source all items requested, however we are not always able to guarantee it.

How does it work?

If you or your supported family identifies as requiring our support, please complete this online referral form (with the consent of the family) with as much information as possible.

Once we have received the form we will contact the family directly (normally within 48 hours) and confirm their needs. We will then arrange a time and place for the family to collect their items From one of our collections hubs in Thurrock, Havering or Barking and Dagenham.

If the person making the referral on behalf of the family would like to collect, please let us know.
